This project is an isolated single-family house, located in the Los Conejos II Urbanization.
The original concept was to obtain a very simple but resounding geometry that took advantage of all the possibilities and restrictions of the terrain.
It is a small house, of about 160 square meters, well used, with all the rooms facing south and east, without a corridor and with a large open central space, where the life of the house takes place and that communicates both the exterior-interior, like the two floors.
